Crafted in homage to the bright-meets-bundled balance of early spring, this nutty little number combines house chamomile tea-infused Control Pisco (that’s a South American grape-based brandy) with a delicate egg white froth, fresh lemon juice, and a scratch-made simple syrup flavored with toasted and salted pistachios.
