Every one has great wines on offer, but our favorite for a sunny, almost-summer day: Petoskey Farms’ 2018 La Crescent. A semi-sweet white with light notes of pineapple, honeydew, and wildflower, it’s well-balanced, with medium body, and, as it turns out, the ideal mate to watch absolutely no clouds roll by.
