The menu at Central Lake’s Providence Farm is ever-changing. The seasons—and the bounty of the land itself—dictate what’s being served for breakfast and lunch at this certified organic farm. So we can’t promise that you’ll get one of the mouthwatering Baja Whitefish Tacos, but fingers crossed it will be on the menu when you visit. Homemade tortillas are filled with fresh-caught whitefish battered in an organic pancake (yes, you read that right) batter and topped with pico de gallo. As one diner said, “I’ve never tasted a fish taco so delicious…they were divine.” We feel confident in extrapolating that out to the rest of the Providence Farm eats, whether they’re from the kitchen or from their market overflowing with summer’s bounty.
