This summer, we’re bringing the beach party vibes—and the probiotics!—with the No Proof, All Fun mocktail at The Little Fleet in Traverse City! Built around layers of tropical flavor, this breezy bevvy combines passionfruit puree with Coco López (the quintessential cream of coconut) and a tangy undercurrent of spiced pineapple shrub, aka drinking vinegar, which the bar crafts in house from fresh pineapple, apple cider vinegar, raw sugar, and a touch of warming allspice and cinnamon. Served over ice with a splash of soda and topped with dehydrated pineapple and grated nutmeg, it’s all things creamy, bright, and refreshing—in short, a perfect NA summer sip.
