Community Clothing Swap
By Jamie Kauffold | April 18, 2026
Spruce up your wardrobe, reduce waste, and celebrate Earth Day! The Second Annual Earth Day Clothing Swap is held on Earth Day, April 22, at Dennos Museum Center in Traverse City from 11am-4pm. But first bring any gently used clothing (teens – adults, no undergarments) to the museum to donate April 17-21 during open hours. On April 22, browse and take home clothing. New this year is also a gear swap held in collaboration with the Grand Traverse Conservation District. Recreation gear (lightly used) will be accepted at the Boardman River Nature Center from April 1-21 during open hours. dennosmuseum.org/events
