The Cherry Fest Is Back in Town

It’s hard to believe we’re already this far into summer, but the National Cherry Festival kicks off Saturday, June 28! The Opening Ceremonies will be held from 10-11am at the Open Space, followed by the air show from 1-4pm. (And yes, both the amusement park and the beer tent will be up and running that afternoon!) Tyler Hubbard, the country star that is one half of the duo Florida Georgia Line, performs that night on the Pepsi Bayside Music Stage. Sunday’s big events include the Arts & Crafts Fair on Union Street, a Cherry Farm Market, the Classic Car Show, another air show, and the Cherry Royale Picnic at F&M Park to celebrate the festival’s Junior Royalty before Cheap Trick and Collective Soul perform from 6-10:30pm.
