At Phoxy’s Phillies & Grindage food truck, you’re going to be tempted to order entrees and shareable appetizers like the Original Cheesesteak, a Coney dog basket, fried pickle chips, or loaded Philly fries. We fully support this approach, but we’re also here to recommend that you save some room for dessert. Phoxy’s offers a rotating milkshake special, and the Cookies & Cream one we sampled (okay, completely downed in about five minutes flat—well worth the brain freeze) was a true treat. The consistency was perfect, the ratio of ice cream to cookie was dreamy, and the Oreo on top was…well, way better than a cherry.
