WildFlour Bakery’s Tiramisu Vietnamese
Bottoms Up
By Anna Faller | June 13, 2026
You could travel far and wide for a little coffee flavor fusion, or you could swing down to WildFlour Bakery in Cadillac for their Tiramisu Vietnamese coffee. Crafted using the traditional phin (aka, a small metal filter on top of the glass), this highly-concentrated coffee brews directly into a waiting layer of sweetened condensed milk, creating a bold and roasty coffee that’s simultaneously creamy and sweet. Wildflour’s signature version takes the treat level up a notch with a layer of scratch-made tiramisu cold foam topped with crumbled lady fingers and a dusting of cocoa powder. Decadent, balanced, and gloriously caffeinated, it’s the ultimate dessert in a cup—though you can also pair it with the real thing on Tuesdays! Have your ’misu and drink it too, hot or iced, at 105 S. Mitchell St. in Cadillac. wildflourcadillac.com
