Art Beat Returns

One of our favorite “first signs of summer” is the annual Art Beat in Elk Rapids. For 21 years, local galleries have banded together twice a year to create an Antrim County adventure for art lovers. Stops include Mullaly’s 128 Studio & Gallery in downtown Elk Rapids, Blue Heron Gallery on Ames Street, and Twisted Fish Gallery & Sculpture Gardens on US-31. All of the above feature art in just about every medium from local, Midwestern, and national creators. Expect fun treats (like the chance to win a $100 gift certificate), demonstrations, and a welcoming atmosphere for all ages. This year’s iteration will be held from 10am-5pm on Saturday, June 6.
