Art & Connection of Elk Rapids is taking to the open road this summer with their brand-new Creativity Cruiser. Their brightly-colored van doubles as a mobile art studio, with the goal of traveling throughout the Elk Rapids area (and five neighboring communities) to offer “free art materials, hands-on projects, and opportunities for children to explore creativity in a welcoming and inspiring environment,” per their press release. Expect to spot the team from Art & Connection at parks, neighborhoods, and community events all summer long with their van packed to the brim with supplies and activities for all ages and skill levels. The cruiser was purchased with support from the Reid Family Foundation. Learn more and see where the van will be at artandconnection.org.
