Winter Fun Calendar

It used to be there wasn’t a whole lot going on in Northern Michigan, especially during the winter months. These days, however, you may find yourself double-booked. Here’s a rundown on a few “musts” to get you through the snow season:

First Thursday: B Minus Movie Madness “Movies so bad they’re good.”
Second & Third Thursday: Beyond Beauty Film Series -- classic movie starlets.

March 13: Street Drum Corps -- percussion sounds from L.A.
March 21: Sophie Milman -- sultry jazz ingenue.

Corson Auditorium
Interlochen Arts Center
March 12: “Gilligan’s Island: The Musical,” a comedy featuring 18 songs.

Old Town Playhouse
March 6-23: “The Producers.” Two Broadway producers scheme to stage a flop, only to find that their show, “Springtime for Hitler” is a smash hit.
