Muscle Beach Comes to Frankfort

Ready your beach chairs, fans of extreme feats of strength and endurance. IRONMAN 70.3 Michigan will be held in Frankfort on Sun., Sept. 12. It will kick off with a 1.2-mile swim through Frankfort Harbor. Once out of the water, athletes will transition to their bikes for a 56-mile ride on sections of the M-22 scenic highway. Concluding their IRONMAN 70.3 journey, athletes will run 13.1 miles back to Frankfort and surrounding areas.
