The Music of the Earth at the Botanic Gardens

Aug. 8, 2026

The Botanic Gardens at Historic Barns Park has had a lot to celebrate lately, from the opening of the new Debra J. Edson Family Education Center to the one-year anniversary of their children’s sensory garden. But on Thursday, Aug. 13, they’re celebrating Mother Earth. Join the garden for a concert featuring Stonefruit Collective in the aforementioned Education Center from 6-8pm. The event promises “grooves for the atmosphere, serenades for the soil, and hymns for the open water” and that the original American tunes of Stonefruit Collective will “remind us to connect with the flora and fauna of this unique and life-sustaining space rock.” Tickets are $15 for members and $20 for members (plus ticketing fees, if purchased through eventbrite.com). Learn more about the event and other upcoming garden happenings at thebotanicgarden.org/events.
