Pickle Fest 2026

Sure, you know about the Cherry Festival in Traverse City, the Asparagus Festival in Empire, and the Apple Festival in Charlevoix, but do you know about the Pickle Festival in Honor? You’d be forgiven if you don’t, as this is the second year—aka Pickle Fest, the Sequel—that the Cherry Bowl Drive-In Theatre has celebrated the “dill-light” of your favorite vegetable turned vinegary-y treat. This year’s brine bash takes place July 24 and 25, complete with local pickle vendors whipping up everything from classic spears to chocolate-dipped concoctions, games, merch, and even a costume contest. Oh, and did we mention a Pickle Queen and Pickle King will be crowned? All of that is followed by a night at the movies under the stars. (Movies to be announced as we get closer.)
