Gathering around great food is the name of the game at Archie’s Social House in Traverse City, and it wouldn’t be a proper party without their infamous Brunch Burger ($18). Crafted in homage to the eatery’s food truck roots, this sandwich starts with two smash-style Beefalo patties—that’s a beef-buffalo hybrid, sourced from Old Hickory Beefalo Farms—topped with thick-cut bacon, cheddar cheese, a fried egg, avocado, and crispy onions. It’s all loaded onto a Michigan brioche bun drizzled with maple aioli, and comes alongside Great Lakes Potato Chips (but we’d upgrade to the famous truck fries).
