Based on a 20th century classic, this refined sip blends local florals with a touch of sweetness (and none of that pine-y sting, honeys!). It starts with Gypsy Petoskey Stone Gin, whose delicate New American Style has earned it several prestigious awards, paired with freshly-squeezed lemon juice, Michigan honey, and scratch-made lavender simple syrup with herbs from Lavender Hill Farm in Boyne City.
