If we’re talking wine, Pinot Blanc is the answer—and we’ve found our new favorite in the crispy perfection that is Left Foot Charley’s Blanc. Featuring Pinot Blanc grapes harvested from a handful of small farms on Old Mission Peninsula (and a touch of local Auxerrois), this 2025 vintage is fermented in stainless steel and sees a quick interaction with yeast for a zippy texture that moves on the palette. Expect lively flavors of citrus and fresh apple skin. Refreshing, electric, and downright delicious, it’s pure northern Michigan in a bottle.
