The River Club's Beef Barbacoa Burrito

On a recent visit, The River Club in Glen Arbor was hopping, with live music down by the Crystal River, families playing the 18-hole putt-putt course, and plenty of folks chowing down on the Mexican fare served in the open air dining area. Build your own taco, burrito, or bowl, or opt for one of the restaurant’s specialties, like the Beef Barbacoa Burrito. Big enough for two, this burrito is packed with tender beef, black beans, rice, corn salsa, and cheese. (Order a side of hot sauce for extra spice, but know that the House Hot is hot!)
