Film Festival Music

From the pre-show concerts at the Open Space on West Bay, to performances in local nightclubs, there’s plenty of music at the Traverse City Film Festival. Here’s the rundown on who’s playing where:

Open Space Performers:

The emphasis is on family entertainment before the free movies by the Bay. All performances begin at 7 p.m.

Jam Sessions
Many local night clubs will be offering late-night shows in conjunction with the festival with a cover charge of $10. Wear your TCFF volunteer t-shirt and get in for half price. Shows start at 10 p.m.

Tuesday: Horn Night
Warehouse District: Insideout Gallery, 229 Garland.

Wednesday: Young Talent

Thursday: Keyboard Night
Warehouse District: Insideout Gallery, 229 Garland.
• Jeff Gibbs, Steve Sandner, and other guests.

Thursday: Dance, Dance, Dance
Loading Dock, 205 Lake St.
• Egon with special guests.

Friday: Anvil
Union Street Station, 117 S. Union.
• With Commonfaced opening for Anvil.

Friday: Midnight Madness Jam
Session
Warehouse District: Insideout Gallery, 229 Garland
• A variety of festival musicians including Song of the Lakes. Show starts at midnight.

Saturday: End of the World Jam
Session
Union Street Station, 117 W. Union
• Phenomenal Head and Wild Sullys with special guests.
