Oryana’s Turkey Brats
Tastemaker

We’re all about squeezing a proper holiday into Michigan’s fleeting summer season—and this month, Thanksgiving’s coming early in the form of Oryana’s turkey brats. Inspired by America’s favorite bird (and our go-to lunch for the dog days of summer), each link is crafted in-house using a meticulous blend of seasonings and lean protein to create what staff has lovingly dubbed “turkey tube steaks,” because they’re just that good! Cook one up to savory perfection, and pair with a squirt of organic mustard and a side of Great Lakes Potato chips. Gobble one (or a few, who’s counting?) at Oryana Community Co-Op’s storefronts in Traverse City, and don’t miss the End of Summer Cookout on August 29 at the West location, where special vendors, games, and—you guessed it—brats will be popping up from 10am to 3pm! oryana.coop
